Since all NUŘE pieces are made-to-order, please allow 10–14 business days for production, plus shipping time.

We recommend dry cleaning only to preserve the fabric’s quality, color, and detailing.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
